The problems is that unions have become a business themselves, basically 'Big Union' which exists solely to perpetuate itself through dues, not help 'the little guy'. On the contrary, they despise non union workers (ie, the little guy) because they have jobs that could be held by a dues paying union member. It's unfortunate because every now and then unions are needed, but not on the scale Big Union would have you believe
