Nick Shenk and Tim Kennedy(beard) are the clowns. Rich Kronfeld is the narrator. I think it was produced under the name "Sphinx Productions", and was probably for the KTCA (St. Paul/Minneapolis/Twin Cities PBS) show Ozone Radio between 1988 and 1992.

Somewhere I have the VHS tape of Ozone Radio. Hilarious. I love music for the show opening and closing. Remember, clowns is smart.....

Minneapolis is incorrect. Please put "St. Paul" (where the KTCA/KTCI/TPT studios are actually located or "Twin Cities."
