Would it kill you to call them by their proper names of methanol, ethanol, propanol and butanol?

Many of the people who watch this would be more familiar with terms like ethyl alcohol, it is an equivalent term. You could say ethylene glycol instead of ethane-1,2-diol. In the description, I DID use IUPAC names.
Oddly enough, it might kill someone else to use the proper names. Some people mix drinks with methanol (and die), unaware that it is the wrong type of alcohol. However, if the label said "wood alcohol" they would likely have realized it was not the "grain alcohol" they wanted...

No, the only thing that was added to the bottles was the different types of alcohols. :)
