World War 3 must not happen. If it does it is the end of the world, or start a new age as caveman. Most likely it would be the end of the world because nuclear power evolves through out history. One WW3 Happens, the nuclear power will be so massive, it could destroy the sun itself. That is why we prevent WW3 ever happening. As WarpOut said, If WW3 starts before the nuclear power evovles in full mass, then it would come to the second conclusion: caveman
