I know that sound, too! It's from so much energy within the body- and it just comes out! I explain it to my friends the same way- a weight lifter exerting himseld! lol  But I was in NO pain, either! :)

Yeap! it is all magic, simple and real when you let go of the thinking brain, and give power to that mammal brain to do its job... Nature is beautiful and women are powerful when they choose to be determined and create their own reality... and what a better place then to do it around our human reality while having babies come and join us on the earth! Congratulations.. well done :-)
