i think is really hard the RG and the gymnasts want to quit a lot of times, but think about the moment when you're in front of the public with al that suport screaming and the claping, you just forget everything else.

it is an amazing sport i do intensive rythmic and it puts a lot of pressure on your feet but once your body reaches a certain point of flexibility it doesnt hurt as much, but it still hurts alot like when i ripped a tendon in my foot
