@BalooRJ Well, as far as the theme used at the very beginning, it's a track called RPM. Also by L Owens. And if you're like me and quite a few others who have been looking for this theme for at least a decade, then this should help you out A LOT.
Wish I could help you with the other themes, though. Killer Tracks has a pretty vast library of production music. Browse through it and you may find the others.
Kinda wish there could be a Pandora/Music Genome Project for production music.

@blozier2006 It's a track called "Sunset Boulevard" by L Owens. You can find it (along with other full length versions of the cues used on D-TV) from Killer Tracks (killertracks(dot)com).
