Mr. batty twist = Original batman TV show theme,
Jealous Bass = Johnny B. Goode.
Porkies theme = The theme from Godzilla.
As for unoriginal, but legal, pieces, Mr Passion's music is in public domain, as is Leders Gymnopedie, but both are absolutely not original pieces. Even the pork tank theme stole from Tchaikovsky, and Etude for ghosts is heavily based off another classical score.
Earthbound stole even more music, of course, the nice way to say it is "was inspired by"

Honestly though, Gentle Rain is actually a good piece and it wasn't plagiarized, most of the other music is crap but people defend it because they feel special for playing an obscure RPG game. Seriously people, god forbid you watch a small town foreign film and start killing twilight fans because they think it sucks.
I like Mother 3, but it's not all that special in the long run. GET OVER IT.
