notice positrons cape has a "villian" logo on it. i knew it ! the villans are special to devs going rogue makes more sense now.now wonder why villians can own heroes in pvp and the heroes get  the redheaded step-child treatment with debuffed powering.

Rumor is the big dramatic spinning PBAoE is a mini-nuke like RoA or FA. So crashless, with a recharge somewhere around 60s.
