LOL, fanboy. First, all iPods use glass screens (this includes the nano, touch, and classic). Second, you're delusional if you think the Zune HD is going to be an "iPod touch killer". When the Zune came out, they said it was gonna be an "iPod video killer" and it ended up being a failure. Open your eyes: Apple has already sold over 200 million iPods, while Microsoft has sold only 3 million Zunes. Only a completely new device will replace it.

a pc with a core I7 , 12 gb ram, and quad sli (4 graphic cards) running on a 1600watt psu with the windows 7 (in the near future )is better than the imac by a landslide.

dna1101, My friend I understand you think hardware is the most important thing but to me thats PC people mentality, we mac users think more about OS and how the OS handles the hardware it runs on, For example my macbook pro has 2 CPU cores at 3.06ghz and thanks to new OpenCL and grandcentral I can take Advantage of my 2 GPUs 1 with 32 cores running at 1.25ghz and another with 16 cores running at 1.1ghz which means I have a total 50 cores running in the same time. Now thats a lot of gigaflops.

dna1101, you are talking about a powerful desktop there, An Octicore Mac Pro which is also a desktop will soon be using core i7 CPUs also and up to 32gb of ram. A mac can have 4 graphic cards with PCI Express and snow leopard takes advantage of them NOW to help the CPU with processing intensive tasks thanks to OpenCL. Once Apple puts intel core i7s ito this machine we will have 16 CPU cores and Hundreds of GPU cores all running in unison. So please stop with your windows7 same old file system BS

Hey, did you people know microsoft discontinued the entire zune line of media players! Guess iPods were to much to compete against, guess it had to do with all the 3rd party suport for iPods like in cars, home stereo systems with iPod docks, Alarm clocks with iPod docks and well you get the point, there are just to much to name here.

Err, the Mac Pro has been using Core i7 Xeon CPUs since January of this year. Have you been living under a rock, LOL?

The Octo-Core Mac Pro supports 32GB RAM; the Quad-Core supports 16GB. Of course, this is 1066MHz DDR3 FB-DIMM RAM with ECC.
