i lived in north and south vietnam, i love vn and its people .. this happens yes mostly in Hanoi ,in Saigon less. it does not say HN people are aggressive, they are among my best friends ive ever had.respect each other..and you get much love back.

I don't blame the poor ppl, even China is trying to invade Vietnam, they bought fruits in Vietnam with better prices and selling fruits from China to Vietnam with cheapest price, but those fruits contain poison and some stuff that could cause cancer, we american are living in heaven,not 4 them

@RoyalZeoKnight Got something similiar. My father's friend, one old man, was robbed. Trying to get them, he stumbled across the street. Somehow these gangsters were stupid and the bag inside with money, fell over. Rather than helping this man up or catching the gangsters, the people who watched this, were stealing the money. Even people on the motorcycles stopped to pick up some bills.
Those people are even worse than those gangsters. That's so sad.
