You touched ever so briefly on the glue, mentioning 4 hour epoxy. Is epoxy the only glue to be used with this material, and is the 4 hour type (which brand do you use) used for a particular reason?
Thanks for the video and motivation to give this stuff a try. After watching this I feel more comfortable using my tools on the stuff without worry about unnecessary wear and tear.

I've never found melting to be a problem regardless of whether I'm sawing, routing or drilling. Blades don't seem to wear any faster either. All in all, composites are very well behaved. Just be sure to use actual composite (50/50 wood and plastic), not the 100% plastic stuff that's becoming more popular.
