Cannabis is not physically addictive, some say at worst it can be as addictive as caffeine psychologically, but the psychological dependency is usually on par with chocolate. Alcohol, tobacco, and many many pharmaceuticals are much more addictive, both physically and mentally. Although, if someone has an addictive personality, they may abuse cannabis, but substance for them is irrelevant. It could be for caffeine, alcohol fatty foods or sex with your mom.

I find the "addiction" aspect of cannabis use simmilar (bad spelling?) to the craving of chocolate. Candy of different sorts.

Although it's a nice touch would like to see her say more about why she believes drugs should be legalised. Big celebrities certainly help the campaign but hearing them talk about why helps alot more. Even just a miniute of her time could be all it takes to change someones stance!

I wonder what the cognitive effects of canabis on light to moderate users are. Personally I think the biggest problem with cannabis, and this is pretty subjective I think, is the effect on your social life and work life. It seems to drain ambition out of you; but really, I think that at a certain point most people just get fed up never wanting to do anything and quit, or at least cut down drastically. There will always be some people who don't, of course.

That's pretty impressive. The fact that you can regain cognitive ability soon after quitting is great news, but the question is: will people quit?
