Looting is on the increase in the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince as chaos reigns in the wake of Tuesday's killer earthquake. With aid agencies struggling to get supplies to the population, desperate survivors are risking their lives by entering collapsed buildings to pillage what they can. In the city's Marche en Fer, or Iron Market district, the city's barely-functioning police force is struggling to control the situation.
