There is no reason to do crash testing at 55 mph. No car seats are crash tested at this speed. 95% or all injuries and fatalities occur at speed of 31 mph or LESS. This test was done at around 31 mph.
Accidents above 45 mph are considered unsurvivable since internal decapitation occur at higher speeds. Some people survive accidents at higher speeds through luck or other circumstances

Not fast enough. You can tell that it slowed down before impact. There is no way this was traveling at 55mph.
