Deep Space Nine alternate intro 1

I was bored and I had nothing to do, so I decided to try differnet music for the DS9 opening. You can view them all in my playlist.

DS9's intro was one of my fav. openings for Star Trek. I just purchased this cd that had soundtracks from Star Trek movies, and on it was one of my fav. themes, St 6 The Undiscovered Country. So I did a little experiment...
So far intro 2 is my fav.

It depends on what orchestra. I have two versions. One by the Royal Scottish National Orchesta, which is used in this video, and a slower one by the (?)Czech Philharmonic Orchestra.

I think this is really good music to suit with some battle scenes from DS9, since the latter half of the series is just that.

Anyways the dramatic parts of the music definitely doesnt fit into slow camera views. This is not better than original.
