The new 1.4 patch for CoD4 came with a new mpa exclusive for xmas. I checked it out.

This is PC Only, I Used To Have It.
This map actually made your computer very laggy when you lagged, but it was a fun holiday special, and no infinity ward did not make it. so it wouldn't be added to the game, it was a modded map.
BTW: The Killstreaks Were:
3: UAV , 5: Santa Sleigh, 7: Santabird

When you call in an airstrike santa says "ho ho hoooooo" and you hear chrismas bells jingle.
