All this Z28 has is mid-length headers, x-pipe, 4.10 gears, and a tune. It also has sub-frame connectors to help with the launch. This was done on Nitto 555's.

  • Man you guys seriously haven't been in the racing scene long enough if you can't believe that this car with the listed mods cannot hit that time and trap speed. Don't get mad just because you're shitty driving skills can't produce the same time/speed with more mods. Go talk to some Fbody owners and ask them what's possible. They'll tell you this isn't hard to believe.

  • Yeah nitrous doesnt count as a bolt on... this car easily makes 420-440 rwhp. Unless this car weighs 2400lbs.. I would of believed it if ur trap was 109.. I seen an 01 cobra run 12.4 with bolt ons with a 109 trap.

  • @santiagomel00 Actually when he had it dynoed it made 350rwhp which comes out to about 420bhp from what he told me. The 4.10 gears really shine in 4th gear which he tops out right at the end of the 1/4.

  • @ARMessiah I don't think "bolt-ons" means a fucking cam. And this car for sure has a cam.

  • @CJDUBstang I would believe the time with bolt ons man. I've seen a 2001 WS6 with long tubes, optional 3.42 rear, a stall and good tires run 12.3.  The car makes around 345 whp. If the person in the video had a little better suspension and a stall it would do even better. What kind of mustang do you drive anyway?

    Fucking lying idiot. Btw its funny you needed to rebuild your whole motor to get what you get with a "mild bolt on" cobra (as in $45.99 pulley and tune). And don't tell me how much a cobra costs: your LT1 f-body is a POS.

  • @CJDUBstang im an engine builder at kent engine supply and machine shop in houston, trust me i know how to build a motor. its a solid roller 383 putting down around 500 to the wheels at 7300rpm.
