This video introduces the basic concepts for the process incident management as explained in the ITIL v3 volume Service Operation.
The video is one out of a series of study aids for students studying the topic ITI597 with Charles Sturt University.
The ITI597 module is provided in a dynamic online and real-time interactive environment, and supported with a virtual study environment located in SecondLife space, and videos such as these.
As subject coordinator I provide live web based sessions for all ITI597 students at least once a week, and strongly support any multimedia technology that makes blended and passionate learning a reality.

@iorda PS. Also note how today's youth uses the word "hate" with an increasing frequency (even 3 year olds!). Surely the word "like" has a much more positive connotation :)

@TheBrownie72 Try the more recent videos - somewhere halfway I bought a proper microphone :) I'll be working on new ITIL videos (based on the new version) early next year.

@TheBrownie72 Try some of the later videos. The initial videos were recorded with a headset, with the later videos I used a professional recording microphone. I haven't had the time as yet to do re-recordings, I guess it's better to wait for the ITIL refresh books to be released.

I have tried 3 head phones and two speakers none of your videos are audible
audio quality is very very poor.
