I would avoid this program like the plague.

If you are outside the Amazon affiliate zone, just set up an amazon account using a mail-drop address in the closest state where Amazon affiliate are allowed and have Amazon send you payments by check and have the mail-drop service forward the checks to you.

Just join commission junction or Ratuken on your own and work directly with them as well.

You have no way of verifying that all clicks are even tracked except comparing your own stats to what Viglink reports.

I have heard several reliable sources report that Viglink routinely mis-reports or completely does not report clicks when compared against their own direct site reporting.

Viglink support even admitted to me in an email that there was no way of knowing precisely whether sales stats were reported accurately.

I would not use Viglink. They do not even have accurate and complete reporting of clicks and sales.

It says right on the dashboard that vendors may not report sales through Viglink for several days, weeks or ever. (Not a joke). So apparently you are supposed to rely on Viglink's "honor" to report all sales?

Sure. And the check is in the mail and I promise not to come in your mouth.

So apparently they have the ability to tell you sales states "sometimes" but not othe

This isn't a bad idea, but it can reflect badly on you (and even have legal implications) if you "test it out" without telling your users/readers about it first. Try searching for: "fur affinity" viglink controversy.

I don't see why not do both. It isn't like Adsense prevents you from using VigLink or viceversa.

It seems that VigLinks only works on actual links that point to a product. Once that person has bought the product...from the link they fond on you site...you get commission.

    I would stick with Adsense.
