My husband works for a UFO site called UNC. The video/photos submitted by Paul Shishi were submitted to that club when he was a member & they thought this was a drifting sheet of plastic or material. Take a good look ...this is NOT morphing ...but is only a sheet of flexible material blowing on the breeze. The first one that looks like a mans head with a hat was assumed to be a inflatable add that got away. It was enlerged & enhanced by my husband ...JJH ...which revealed large letters.
