I was searching for this song on youtube and one of the first videos that came up: Bill is more effiminate than you! I was like *_______* Queer As Folk meets Tokio Hotel, too good to be true! I'm not sure myself about the song title... it's either 'More effeminate than you' or 'I'm one of those boys'; I've found the lyrics online under both names.

It's from the Tour 483 practice outtakes, which was a bonus on one of their singles, I believe (I'm not sure since I downloaded it somewhere ^^"). The dialogue goes like this:
Bill: What it THIS? Lookey, it's a teddy! Tom, you forgot your teddy in here, that's why you couldn't sleep well last night. Tom, your teddy!
Tom: Yeah, whatever my teddy, put him back over there already!
Bill: I'll just pet him for you! ^^
