I was diagnosed with Somotization Disorder on the 23/05/2011, my symptoms are nearly identical to yours, i have spent the last 2 years in the dark not knowing wat was wrong with me. My heart palpitations have gotten so bad i cant sleep at night, i finally found a doctor who knew wat i had. I have started taking duloxetine to try to control it and have been suggested to go to therapy. This is a real thing it is absolutely terrifying and i know how you feel.

I have a problem where my face is always hot and i carry around ice for my face I hate this condition.

Hey sweetheart you are discribing CLASSIC soma symptoms, you must must get your mind to accept it is only temporary and will pass (until the next "attack") . Its all biological chemical stuff, I know its beyond overwhelming I got the same problem(s). Its my belief that those of Scot and or Irish blood are more apt to have it (I am scot irish cherokee decent). The Abdominal pain could be referred from back pain.
You are not alone - there is a lot of debate around somatoform disorders as a diagnosis and a big lot of stuff going down around ME/CFS and the newer biomedical research.
I hope you don't mind me posting but you seem very distressed - there are lots of people out here who know what you are going through.
