  • Jesse isn't the only one who thought they heard Caylee's jibberish in the background. Shirlie Plesea stated that her answering machine picked up a recording of a child that was "jibber jabbing" with alot of noise in the background. She stated that it happened more than one time and it sounded like a recording. Casey was playing the 06/15/2008 recording for them so they could tell Cindy they heard Caylee. Casey couldn't use it on Cindy - she would recognize sound track.

  • @mimmiesue22 When Jesse heard what he thought was Caylee when Casey stated something like "get off the table" or something to that effect, I feel that Casey was talking to the cat that lives in the Anthony home. There is a picture of the cat that is sitting on the kitchen table in the Anthony home.

  • This is so interesting..thx for this. That's a good point about the cat as that may have been the case.... but I've listened to Jesse's interviews last week & he did mention Casy said Caylee's name & said sit afterwards or something to that effect. So if she did mention her name when she said to get off than, maybe she was with her then or if it was the cat like you say, she could have thought that a good opportunity to pretend it was Casey in the background to make it more realistic. hmm?

  • In Jesse's original statement to the police he said he thought he heard Caylee in the background and Casey saying "get off the table." Then Jesse wasn't actually sure. As time went on I spotted the Anthony's cat sitting on the table in the kitchen. This is why I felt Jesse might have heard the cat make a noise when Casey said "get off the table" . This call was on or about June 24th and Caylee was clearly gone by then.

  • @Sierra1947 GREAT JOB!!! WITH the cat therory......i know it's not a fact. but wow great pick-up

  • @mcfrankie94 I still have the same feeling that it was the cat that was on the table when Casey stated: "get off the table". Casey was talking to Jesse from her home and no one was there as Caylee was already deceased. Not sure if they will bring this up at the trial, but I sure will be listening when they do. :)

  • There is a subtle lack of empathy with Lee as well. All of his laughing with LE and now talking with Tony. Here he is asking this guy to help him, help his sister who just screwed Tony over and flippantly tells him (basically) "she was cheating on you" and "probably stole one of your checks". While trying to frame Jesse and Ricardo for his sociopath sister. Wow, Cindy you did good!

  • Oh wow Jackass Lee's new discovery!!!!!!

    His sister is a slut!!!!!!

wow,I hope he tells the police, prob they didn't know *rollseyes*

  • And I think when Jesse thought he heard Caylee in the background is because when Casey said, "Get down" it made Jesse assume it was Caylee. So without really thinking about it, it stuck in his mind it was her. That's what Casey wanted him to believe.

  • Lee's saying Casey could be threatened. Ya, sure she was. If she were being threatened she wouldn't be happy go lucky and out and about partying, in a hot body contest, you name it, happy as a lark. She'd be frightened instead. And why not run to the cops then? Bull!

  • I think Tommy has something to do with it!!!

  • Watching the parents of these two, i wouldn't blame the mom. I would blame the dad for their "lack of empathy". Or just a mental illness and i bet the sociopathic tendancies come from his side. Mental illness may come from hers but lets face it, he was a cop lol. jk some cops are ok

  • @hoosierdaddyinsfca I know if I were trying this case, he sure as shit would have been on my witness list, whether I was prosecuting or defending. He has intrinsic precursory knowledge of this woman's habits, moods, behaviors, states of mind, and potential reactionary predispositions to events that have occurred in her life, like when he dumped her and she went nuts. I know he was deposed, but why he is not being called to testify stymies me. Besides her parents, he likely knows her best.

  • @hoosierdaddyinsfca Nothing...yet. I suppose one might argue that proposing marriage to a sociopath might be construed as doing something wrong, but c'est la vie. As long as he is under scrutiny by the homicide unit, he is deemed to have some sort of knowledge of some event(s). He may not even know he knows. However, until he is cleared, much as Mr. Lazarro was when he copped a plea, he is by extension of his relationship with CA, not in a good place. One might argue that he knows her the best.

  • @MageSutek What has he done wrong?

  • @hoosierdaddyinsfca Why is that?

  • @Sierra...That theory makes sense. That's what I think happened too.
