Whew. I'm exhausted...That should take like three minutes. Try a different soundtrack, might speed you up a bit...some Metallica perhaps.

Interesting I also have an 07 FJ, What is the benifit to this part? Do you get more HP? I wanted to get a TRD intake but never saw this part before , is it better or worse?
