For those complaining about the frame rate, it's obvious that they didn't optimize the level, and seeing how this was just a scene, optimizing it would be a waste of time. And don't forget that recording software automatically takes out around 10 fps.

Serious question. Why do some UDK demos have a noticeable lack of frame rate? Is that a limitation on the creator's hardware?
