I am reminded that our tears are like raindrops falling from our hearts. They are a sign that we live in the vast sea of unity, for very person cries, regardless of nationality, language or religion. We are all moved to tears by any number of emotions; loss, betrayal, disappointment, Joy, Love. When we do cry, sit for as long as you can with the emotion, nurture every last tear for they are God's rain, come to water our inner garden and bring meaning to our life.

am i heartless? I don't easily cry... i barely cry at all...but i really want to cry, but nothing makes the tears come though. The sadness is kind of stuck in my head. Not wanting to come out.

@stefanshabanov Everyone who is familiar with Secret Garden will probably agree that Rolf Lovland of Secret Garden more than likely wrote this piece......so it stands to reason that men feel much more than many people think. I am a man and am emotional about many, many things!
