Check out my blog at http://xadh00m.blogspot.com

I played a game of 40k against Levin this weekend. We played at Oslo Miniature Games Club (http://www.2d6.no).

The game was 1250 points and the mission was Capture and Control. Two objective markers, one in each deployment zone. The player controlling the most objective markers at the end of the game wins.

I played my Ulthwe army, with no Avatar, Aspect Warriors, Harlequins, Wraiths or Rangers. Seers and Guardians for the win!

We are speaking norwegian, but you guys should be able to understand what's going on anyway. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask questions in the comments.

The music is by Clint Mansell, from the movie "Doom". Check out http://www.varesesarabande.com/details.asp?pid=302-066-702-2 for the album.

  • drit kult! Hvor kjøper dere warhammer?

  • @Ghostab3 På Games Workshop i Oslo.

  • I love how people QQ about how over powered the necrons are, yet in every single battle report they are defeated. All except one. And that's against imperial guard.

  • You haven´t seen my Necrons vs Tau video battle report yet? Check my channel ;-)

  • yo that begin song theme whats the name i need it please !

  • It's the song "Doom" from the movie "Doom". Check the video description for a link.

  • @lm2168 ya and i'm still waitig for the new necrons... before they get out i'll not playin anymore games with them...

  • kom på Outland Apocalypse a jeg skal være der :)

  • Overpowered? Necrons are widely considered to be the weakest codex in 5e. Granted, this is largely because they tend to draw poor players, but even so.

  • @jonaslep Takk.

  • nice work on the vid gents. loved it.

  • That was a good battle defo worth watching but alot of it came down to luck 2 3+ armour saves for the lord and that is more than 50% chance to get a save failed both + lost destroyers and a hole sqaud of warriors in one turn alot of it was down to luck but goodjob on movie

  • Necrons are good to start with because they are resilent, so you have more time on the board to learn the game. On lower point games go with destroyers instead of heavy destroyers, lots of shots very mobile. Tomb spyder always good. This game is like risk on crank. Alot of tactics in the building of the army, then the excecution of play. the basic unit for necrons is very good but the army is costly points wise. not too many non necrons units, they are nice but phase out is a big concern.
