Here is how I tie a regulator necklace using a double-fisherman's knot.

Quick description:
1: Take a piece of bungie and have the ends in each hand. The left hand should have a longer end than the right, and the end in your left hand should be further from your body than the end in your right hand.

2: Wrap the end in your left hand around the other end of bungie and your left forefinger, twice.

3: Take the leftover part and run it back through the hole created by your finger.

4: Repeat on opposite side.

  • Very clearly demonstrated and easy as pie with your instruction.

Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. Cheers... Barcus

  • Excellent tip, thanks. I lost my regular necklace on a dive last weekend. Just made a new one from my stash of bungee.

  • @flspy You would put this around your neck with the regulator mouthpiece through that hole so instead of it being behind you it will always be near your mouth.

  • What is this used for?
