Mainly I just typed out "THE GAME DEN" in a font that was as close as I could find to SH2's font, then I added the spiderweb effect by just drawing it in in Photoshop. Time consuming, but not too bad.

Like I said, time consuming, but not too bad if you have a fairly steady hand (I used a mouse for drawing the webs).

In the actual episode? It's called "Otherside" and it's from the Silent Hill OST (plays during the "blooper reel" at the end of the game).
If you mean the song in the trailer, it's called "Promise", from the Silent Hill 2 OST.
