From the reality concept "What's for Freegan Dinner?" Follow the exploits of Lynn and her 'dive buddies' as Lynn struggles to hold her life together as a wife, mother, 9 to 5 office worker, freegan, all while producing her own online Freegan Cooking Show!

Project Background: When her husband lost his job, Lynn went into 'Survivor Mode'. No way was she going to raid their retirement accounts or, even worse, the boys' college funds. Emboldened by an Oprah episode, this Upper East Side wife, mother and trained chef hit the streets.

LOGLINE: Lynn started her own Internet cooking show, but she struggles with a 'dirty' little secret. This Upper East Side middle-class wife mother and trained chef, sneaks out in the dark of night to dumpster dive for her groceries. Accompanied by her college friend Ava, the two hit the streets in search of the best trash NYC has to offer, but are challenged by strange encounters at every turn. Fear of the scrutiny from family and friends has kept Lynn in the closet and from living her dream, but producing her own online cooking show might just change everything!
