Thank you so much. Your message itself is inspiring and I will certainly let Erika know about you. Yes, I took karate myself when I was her age but due to circumstances, had to quit. When she was only in 1st grade, I wanted Erika to see it, try it and if she likes it, keep going until she reaches her own goals. Boy, she's a sophomore now but as you said, I am proud of her. they would know me as Mike Boyett, my son trained under Kuba Sensei for 3 years,, his name was Mike Boyett also,, and Kuba Sensei would know me from My son,, so would Miwa San and Kimmi san students of Kuba Sensei,and I hope that Shinjo Sensei remembers me,, maybe as the old guy that he helped with Sepei...Thank you.

Wonderfull Kata,, beautiful technique and timing. I was there at Shinjo Sensei dojo a little over a year ago,, he was helping me with some Go-Ju kata as I was learning from Kuba Sensei also. All of Shinjo sensei students were outstanding..
