Both parents have to be citizens for Obama to be a natural born citizen. His Father was from Kenya (a British national), so therefore Obama would have a dual citizenship. Again, you can't be a natural born citizen if you have a dual citizenship.

On what grounds do you claim that Hawaii would 'register' babies born elsewhere? That seems rather odd...
In any case, the birth certificate itself clearly states that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Hawai'i. Specifically he was born at 7:24pm on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Oahu. Bluntly, sir, you are lying. Please desist.

What he's talking about is the possibility that Obama was actually born in Kenya, and then moved to Hawaii in '61. It's not confirmed, but a lot of people believe it. Obama's grandmother lived in Kenya and claimed to have been at the hospital where Obama was born. She died during his campaign. At the time, Hawaii would register children even if htey weren't born there. He's registered in Hawaii, but it's not confirmed that he was actually born there, or if he was born in Kenya.
