@SmilensayHello its also great exercise and enrichment. Its the best way to tell if your fishes fins are healthy and in good condition, and ten minutes a day will benefit your betta. Quite frankly stress in small measures is a good thing. We crate train dogs, and they manage to make it through life happy and healthy...I doubt ten minutes of allowing a fish to do what comes naturally to him is going to stress him to death.

@yanton985 na its not if you look very closley its red tail is sourounded by a white or clean long tail and fins so. its a boy.
