Hello... What kind of ground beef did you use? Chuck?

Also, do you cook your potato before you grate it?

The ground beef was the "less than" 15% fat type, and the potatoes are not cooked prior to being added to the meat. The key to knowing when the potatoes are done is when they turn clear and start to break up into little pieces during the cooking process!

@atilano66 Me 2 but we cut the potatoe in half wrap it in foil and grill it.It tastes good!

always make sure you pan is hot when you do your ground meat.. but cool video, like your harmless style.. just like homecooking

try adding some garlic, chili pawder, and diced onion.

I would have small diced the potatos and stewed untill pototos were tender and mixture was dry...

i just made some potato and ground beef tacos and they were okay. it was obvious they were missing something.. i'm going to try these next time. thanks for sharing

OMG...I make the same thing but instead of shredding the potato i cut it in 1/2 inch squares and fry it together...we have that atleast once every other week..it's our fav.
