    1) Beslan had only 10 spetsnaz soldiers who rushed into action seeing what happened. Rest were Ossetian OMON, who are no hostage rescue soldiers

    2) Duborovka was good action. It were logisticks what failed, not Spetsnaz.

    i love the spetsnaz, but why do they suck so bad on hostage operations? like in the Beslan school hostage crisis... 390 persons died and the special forces did nothing... the spetsnaz are my fav special forces, but why are they so bad on hostage rescuting.

    smart ass, how do u know that sas uses better weapons and standards than spetsnaz gru? propaganda? all spetsnaz agents use the latest edition of AKs, like AK-101- AK-107, SV-98, SAIGA-K, etc, and they have military support from russian army. i dont know much more, cos the rest of the info are classified
