I think human life is valued only if you are white. nonwhite countries can be threatened with nuclear weapons, drones, depleted uranium, economic embargoes etc. they can also be subjugated by colonization but if a white lady gets caught in a nonwhite country while doing drugs, she has to be treated as if she is above the law. it won't matter if a black American would be in trouble. I am south Asian but I do see the hypocrisy of white people.
