Ken's Swing Stunts

Here's three tricks on a park swing. If you think they're easy, good for you and then give me credit for being almost 40 years old. ;)

DANGEROUS if not trained/supervised!

The first (swinging upside down) isn't that hard for some people...just tricky to coordinate right. Done right, you have your head in the swing seat (I kinda missed in this video, but I've done it before).

The next trick raises the difficulty much more...hanging by just the feet. (Requires good shin muscles.) From what I can tell, not too many people can do this. I didn't quite coordinate grabbing the chain. =P

The last is tricky, but just a controlled/coordinated version of the first trick. Takes good upper body strengh and control...plus a good grab of the chain! ;)
