My own opinion on the Pittsburgh Steelers 2010 Mock Draft. This is all they need to fill in the spots of veteran's. They will have depth at the Offensive Line position if they add a center, guard & tackle. especially since Casey Hampton is getting older, as well as Chris Hoke, they need to fill in a spot for a young, more enthusiastic, more energized, gentleman like Brian Price from UCLA. They also need a young Receiver, in Ryan Wolfe, to help out little bit, similar to what Mike Wallace is doing right now for the Steelers Receiver Core. Back to the Offensive Line, injuries kill them every year. So in every Steelers fan prospective, they will need to draft a Center/Guard, at least two, then an Offensive Tackle. If they do this, they should be able to rotate there own young, rookies in with veterans during games, so the rookies can get a taste of what Steelers football is about. Linebackers, the Steelers need another Inside Linebacker to fill the void for James Farrior, an all time great Linebacker, who's played in the NFL for quite a long time. Nice guy, love him as a player, and a person, but they need a young Inside Linebacker, in Sean Lee. So hopefully James Farrior stays for another 2 season in Pittsburgh, so a young man, Sean Lee will learn from James Farrior, and be productive, just like Lawrence Timmons. So they'll be set at Inside Linebackers for quite some time, ten years maybe, with both Lee and Timmons in the inside linebacker spots. Now you look at outside containment, with the Defensive Ends, they're both exceptionally great athlete's with tremendous, speed and strength. Aaron Smith and Brett Keisel. But in other words, if the Steelers can make the pick of Auston English, Defensive End out of the University of Oklahoma; that he can learn from Aaron Smith, and play Defensive End, or make a move to Outside linebackers, and learn from James Harrison, since he's getting up in age, exceptionally, Harrison is a great linebacker, but age can play a factor on you when your playing sports. So if the Steelers can get this great, young versatile, defensive player, it'll be great. Now with the great athletes the Steelers have in their secondary, it seems that age is a factory once again. For instants, they have Ike Taylor, Deshea Townsend, William Gay, Troy Polamalu, Tyrone Carter, Ryan Clark. The youngest one out of the handful is William Gay. Now yes, the Steelers made a smart move by picking two very young cornerbacks, who have yet to develop. Joe Burnett and Keenan Lewis. But if the Steelers make the move and pick Vic Hall, from the University of Virginia, they will have 3 or 4 young, talented Cornerbacks to help out the veterans by rotating in and out, so they can develop and get a taste of the Steelers D! When we talk about the safeties of the Steelers, Polamalu, Clark, Carter and Mundy. Take the age average of those four gentlemen. So if the Steelers draft a young safety, and yes, the gentleman out of Stanford, Bo McNally, It'll be a great pick of the Steelers, and a smart choice. Troy Polamalu can work with him, as well as Clark and Carter. Mundy, yet still has to develop as well. So the Steelers will have two very, great, talented, young safeties in the backfield of the defense. Hope you enjoyed the video and the info.

  • Damn yo...... we need another WR cuz Holmes is gone....... SMH

  • @DaKidRich90 Ya man, I believe we'll get another quality WR in the 3rd or 4th round like we did Wallace

  • @zachharris55 Why the F**K did they release Holmes in the first place

  • @DaKidRich90 They didn't release Holmes, they trated him to the Jets for a 5th round draft pick. They traded him because the Rooney family doesn't want to have the Steelers organization get embarassed. Its just a shame for the Steelers to have trouble makers on their team. That's why they traded away Holmes.

  • @zachharris55 SMH!!!!!!!!! I guess your right

  • @DaKidRich90 Damn, we haven't gotten really any quality in draft, Pouncey was a decent pick up then Worilds, i don't know who the hell that is

  • I don't think we need another WR. I agree with most of your O-line picks. However, I think our first round needs to be a tall, explosive, shut-down corner.

  • None of these players will be drafted by Pgh. Most likely a free safety - T.Mays or E.Thomas. CB J.Haden if available.

  • way to go, all wrong

  • @zachharris55 LMAO..... Idk who that is either

  • special teams, special teams & more special teams- would have made the playoffs if our special teams was better. these 3 de/lb hybrids are all relentless, high motor, big hittin and fast. Worilds has all kinds of pass rush moves(speedrush, bullrush AND a QUICK spin to the inside of the speedrush) Gibson is a great INSIDE pass rusher, & Sylvester is great in pass coverage. Butler shows great insticts as a CB. Plus Keenan Lewis & Joe Burnett have a yr under their belt. & NO TYRONE CARTER THIS YR!!!

  • The Steelers only win 6 games this year, Big Ben screwed this team up.
