I portion an amount of each check as toy money. That's after everything else. Sometimes there is no toy money. When there is I ask myself if it's the coolest thing I can do with the money. I primarily collect Transformers. Then GIJoe, Iron Man, Gundam, and Yamaguchi series Revoltechs.

I'm on a budget. But deals seem to fall in my favor often.

I've thought about branching out into chogokins and yamato Valkyrie toys because of this show. Its a fantastic outlook on the state of mecha.

I am a Transformers collector, and I just bought everything that I thought was cool. Recently, time, space and cash are tighter, and I had to review my spending. I looked at what I was in it for, and I realised that I was buying loads of the cheaper figures - Deluxes, etc - just for the fix and the toy would be stashed away. But, I really like the engineering and stuff, and now I concentrate on high end and complex figures. I buy less, but enjoy more. Its easier to 'complete' my collection, too.
