you can tell hes very low because hes coming through fairly clear on the sound. Tower climbers know that if he was any height up he would have to yell to be heard on the ground. Even 100 feet up you have to shout pretty good to the guys on the ground.

That's a Trylon TSF Titan tower. Tower tops out at 96 ft. If the 7 color band striping is correct then he's at the 16 ft mark (39" face).
