  • this has always been one of my favorite songs, little song on the end of the CD, thanks for posting

  • i saw him eating at a resteraunt called herberts i was siting right next to him but i didnt say anything

  • Jonathan Yudkin's fiddle work is very smooth -- well blended behind vocals, solo ramps up and back down nicely.

He was also credited for violin on Kathy Mattea's "Lonesome Standard Time." Wish I could find a live or studio performance of that to see his fingering after the "crying fiddle" lyric.

  • Well, many of the guys managed to graduate, though my transcript reflects their bad influence on me. We went to the Chicken, I even worked for Don and Donny, but we mostly hung out at Grins.

  • thank you for posting this, I had this on a vhs tape when I was a kid this song is really good.

  • I heard REK jr. many times back about '77 / '78. I would be walking down Boyette and hear the music playing on the Church street front porch- did they ever go to class? Or to the 'Chicken' for that matter.....
