What happens when my brain his high off spoilers and anime? ... Me editing videos of said spoilers to anime opening songs.
This was originally going to be just Aqua, but hell... it just fit ALL of the currently known Keyblade bearers.
... YOU SAW SOMETHING, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS.

-Terra, Aqua and Ven start off on their journey, being torn apart by the worlds they swore to protect as Keyblade wielders. It's all thanks to Xehanort, a fallen Keyblade Master, that their master dies. Terra goes to confront him in the Keyblade Graveyard, unaware that it's a trap to steal his body/heart.
-Aqua watches helplessly as Terra is overtaken by Xehanort's will, forced to fight first a possessed Ven and then Terra. Half-way through, Terra shows signs of fighting within, so when he begins to fall... Aqua reaches out and sacrifices her own Keyblade and armor to save him, unaware this will backfire greatly on her.
-Ven followed Terra, but is overtaken by his Evil Counterpart and Darkness incarnate, Vanitas. Forced to fight from within to destroy the weapon that would destroy the universe, he shatters it and his own heart. Like he had done previously, he joins his broken heart with a young boy to rebuild himself.
"So, open your eyes. And together..." "We'll open the door."
This would have been the end, had it not been for them each having a successor, accidental or not. Ven exposes Sora's heart to the Keyblade when his connects to it, and he becomes chosen by a 'fragment' of the X-Blade.
"I want...to be strong." "To protect my friends, and everyone."
Terra chose a young Riku, knowing his own time would be short. Unknowingly, this boy would fall into the same Darkness he did but overcome it; something he's failed to do for over a decade.
Together, Sora, Riku and Kairi go to finish what was started years before as the last true Keyblade Master's voice whispers from the Darkness, "Know everything is in your hands...Sora."
