@AncientVoids reason was that Josh Keaton played Harry Osborn in the Spiderman Movie video games and so since this is somewhat tied to those, Josh had priority for Osborn Im guessing (but since probably since this game made Osborn the "spidey-quipping" type as you can see from the trailer, Josh probably got the part from this game
