Can you tell me the most beautiful white sandy beach, turqoise water, calm water would be in DR, beside Punta Cana? Samana area seems great, what is the best beach/location?

I am looking to book a vacation soon. I have visited Punta Cana, Puerto Plata (Not impressed), Sosua, Cabarete.

Here is what I am looking for: Peaceful, sandy white beach, turquoise water, calm water with good food. Also, I hope to buy land/home some day, what is the best place in DR with the criteria's I stated above w/out breaking my bank? Punta Cana prices have gone threw the roof...sadly. What is the next best place that is very affordable $35- 85 thous. for beachfront? Thank you.
