This is was the first day I returned to wild in Alaska since my bear attack. In my belief, bears are not dangerous. Humans are dangerous, progress is dangerous. If we interact with bears with respect, keeping distance and not interfering with them, than there will be no problems.

  • Thanks for the video - it's very nice. Yet :) 5***** should go not "to" the video, but "for" the video: for the special courage of the person, who filmed it :) Excellent job!

  • Always do what you are afraid to do.

  • Most rangers will tell you that Spray is more effective than guns. All the studies say so. But there are some bears that spray has no effect on. Still guns will not help 90 % of the time.

  • I totally agree with you . Bears are not dangerous. they are just bears, the way the have to be. this greedy ape (man) is the most dangerous creature ever .

This land is for bears first , and then for human. bears used to live there for thousands of years. this is their home.

  • Keep the awareness going.

    Thanks for the video.

  • I'm afraid no, mining companies are getting permissions to explore you can't imagine, not only in Alaska but also in all regions of Canada. Open pit mining will left nothing, because the grades which are necessary for economic viability are low.

  • I would love to see Alaska and I hope these places will be protected against human 'progress' and 'ambitions' of people like Sarah Palin. We have to adjust and adapt to these rare places and not the other way around.

  • Awesome video!

  • :))))) !
