  • Instead of all the crappy dancing there is now, I wish swing would make a comeback. It's so much more fun and it actually takes talent. Dancing now is quite literally moving up and down on someone's behind. Not really fun. Swing is fun. :)

  • @theWorks333 Sing, Sing, Sing by Benny Goodman. You can find the soundtrack on CD.

  • @KatyaZeross Thank you Katya

  • @renderizer01 Thank you very much!

  • @salonsoliz its called Sing Sing Sing (with a Swing) from the Swing Kids soundtrack the one by benny goodman

  • @renderizer01Yeah but if you compare that kind of music with ehh.. whatever the world knows like music, today.... it's sad.... and is even worse knowing that they had to be in those conditions to create such a perfect thing...

It's kinda hard realize that suffering is the key of success

  • @viuditanegra I know exactly what you mean and tend to feel the same - but in the end this is just another form of escapism, which of course is understandable. But! There always is a but, right? While music and general style were definitely superior in my opinion, you had to face a whole lot of other rather major issues. Bigotry, poor healthcare and labor conditions, racial segregation, fasicm and a world war to name but a few. Granted, a whole lot of these thing are still around even today...

  • @salonsoliz The song is called 'Sing, sing, sing (with a swing)" and was written and recorded by Louis Prima in 1936. The tune became a major hit for Benny Goodman, most notably the live performance in the Carnegie Hall with Gene Krupa on drums. There you go... ;O)
