Hermit Crab Diaries: Bath time!

So this is a little video I made of me giving my Hermit Crabs a bath. The one in the spiral shell is named Nathaniel. The one in the white shell is Tink. Some people argue about bathing their Hermit Crabs, and they don't bathe them. I prefer too. Hermit Crabs have modified gills so they can breathe underwater for a short time. I like to bathe them once every two weeks. I know some people who bathe them EVERY day. Don't do that. it stresses them out, confuses them, and actually dries them out. Your Hermit crabs should be in the water for no more than ONE MINUTE. ANY MORE AND THEY COULD DROWN!!!!!!

you need a tank (glass or plastic) a heater, hermit crab food, pure water, hermit crab saltwater, sand or ecoearth (i like eco earth more), a shell for food and a few dishes for water. get a few decorations, like climbing and hiding areas.

@pinksassygirl445678 Spraying a hermit crab directly stresses them out, only use the spray bottle to spray the tank. :3
