The importance of jumping back in should circumstances arise that make it challenging to stick with your workout regime.
Day 32: Early morning of Yoga X.
Day 33: Challenging day. No P90X.
Day 34: Legs, Back, & Ab Ripper X.
Tomorrow, Day 34, is usually a Rest Day or Stretch X. Since Day 33 was taken as a Rest Day, I will continue forward with Kenpo X. And Day 35, I will jump into Week 2 of Phase 2:)
