I felt the need to make this video because I've never been so undecided. I liked these guitars because of their sound, looks and price. I put pics of the guitar in different colors though I don't really care about that and there are some pics that show the guitar with a Floyd Rose system which I don't want so imagine it's a string thru body bridge. Each guitar has different pickups that's one of the reasons I'm so undecided in the first place. Questions like active or passive pickups, Seymour Duncan, EMG or Dimarzio. Ebony or rosewood fingerboard come out so I need you to tell me which one would you buy and why.
These are the specs for each guitar:

So first of all should i stick to passive or active pickup recently I've been hearing a LOT of good things about the Duncan Blackouts everyone says the same: They are more organic than EMG's sounding like a hybrid between passive and active. People also say they're smoother sounding than EMG's while sounding even more aggresive. On the other hand the Hellraiser features an EMG 89 in the neck position so I don't know so much about this one I'm only familiar with the 81/85 combo though honestly I haven't had the chance to play a guitar with EMG's, Blackouts or DiMarzio PAF's so I need a little help there.
Having said all that do you think I should give it a try to the Blackouts (because a lot of people that used to play EMG's have now been converted to Blackout people) or just stick to the usual passive Duncan combo or why not? It would also be nice to try the DiMarzio PAF's in the Ibanez 7 string. I've seen here on youtube a lot of videos of that Ibanez and it really blew me away but of course I know Schecter guitars are objects of high level but there are not so many videos of someone playing those specific guitars while playing some virtuosic solos because that's why I need a new guitar: SOLOING! So anyway thank you for your help in advanced :) I know I'll make the right decision thanks to you...
